Production process
Remove rust and dirt by pickling the whole roll of strip steel to reach a bright and clean surface. After pickling, clean by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank,then into the hot dip plating tank, hot dip galvanized. Strip steel is galvanized and stored in the warehouse. The galvanized layer can be based on customer requirements,and is generally not less than 50g / m2.
